Once you have signed the book at the hall and would like to maintain your spot on the out-of-work list, you may submit a monthly resign through the form below.
Any non-IBEW member may enter the last 4 digits of your SSN for Card Number.
You may put Book 4 or N/A for Local Number.

Our monthly resigns are a manual process, which means you will not necessarily see an update in the system immediately.

All book signing is done in person at the hall. If you rolled off the book, then you will need to come to the hall to get back on the book.
