Travelers must be out of the local for at least 3 months before collecting SUB Fund. Lump Sum Checks will be cut once the individual has submitted the above form AND has hit the minimum 3 months.
Once the account amount reaches $7,500, then any additional funds will begin to roll into your Annuity Plan at your home local.
